I made my second trip to India in January of 2010 along with a dozen members of the cohort from my graduate program. The purpose of our visit was to conduct a participatory study of vulnerability among fishing communities in Orissa State. The images in this gallery were taken while conducting that study, and in the week following in which I made my way north to Varanasi and then east to Delhi.
